Opening a bakery in the USA was one of Patrick Morin’s dreams. While in Paris, Mr.Morin, taught baking classes and some students told him if he opened a bakery in th USA, it would be a great success. He listened to his students, and after 30 years in France, Mr.Morin, decided to move with his family to start a new journey in Seattle Patrick Morin has over 30 years of experience in the baking industry. He opened his first bakery with his wife, Christine Morin, in Le Mans, France where he worked as a pastry chef and chocolate maker. Later, he moved to Sèvres to open his second bakery. In 2014, Patrick and Christine Morin decided to pursue their dream in Seattle. “Our dream came true, being successful in the U.S”, Élise Morin
